Agreed. But Aussies #'s are always challenging to acquire - which is why the cost. Also, Aussies prefer SMS over WhastApp.

Updated in case anyone needs this in the future - we used Firmable and purchased directly off of Firmable (AUD5000+) and the mobiles seemed of high quality.
