About the Role We’re hiring our first-ever GTM Engineer—a strategic, tech-savvy operator who will take full ownership of our outbound infrastructure. You’ll lead the buildout of our prospecting systems, scaling our outbound lead generation operations. What Success Looks Like (3–6 Months In)
Consistently delivering qualified leads weekly via automated outbound campaigns
All lead gen tools integrated and running smoothly with seamless workflows
Clear reporting dashboards and SOPs documented for each campaign
Proactive improvements and new tool implementations driving better results

Essential Technical Skills
Clay proficiency – hands-on experience using Clay for data enrichment and hyper-personalized outreach at scale
Automation platforms – demonstrated experience with Instantly, Dripify, or similar outbound tools
AI/ChatGPT prompting – strong skills in crafting effective prompts for outbound personalization and scale
Integration expertise – confident using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms to connect tools and streamline workflows
Data operations – proven ability to build, clean, enrich, and maintain high-quality, targeted prospect databases
Your Key Responsibilities Systems & Infrastructure
Build and maintain our complete outbound automation infrastructure
Create integrations and workflows between different platforms
Implement new lead generation tools and optimize existing ones
Ensure system reliability and performance monitoring
Campaign Operations
Design and execute automated outbound campaigns across multiple channels
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using Clay and other tools
Ensure continuous pipeline flow with no gaps in lead generation
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
Strategic Development
Research and evaluate new lead generation technologies
Create comprehensive SOPs and documentation for all systems
Provide strategic recommendations for improving conversion rates
Scale successful campaigns and retire underperforming ones
Experience We're Looking For
Background in B2B prospecting and automated outbound systems
Experience building and maintaining marketing/sales technology stacks
Proven track record of improving lead generation processes and results
Previous remote work experience preferred
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in a similar agency or consulting environment
Knowledge of the recruitment/staffing industry
Familiarity with advanced Clay features and complex workflows
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
