Recommended Pricing for Outbound Agency Services and Email Campaigns

Anyone that’s running an outbound agency, what are the going rates I should be charging my client? Let’s say for 10k-25k emails over the next 6 months. Agency or saas target list. Product is around 2k. Trying to figure out what the going rates for running full outbound program for them. Anyone have some rough recommendations on pricing. What would you charge the client?
