Finding Total Employees in a Specific Department: Tips Needed

Hello community. Can anyone tell me how I can find the Total number of a specific department? For example. Sales department :18 I have done it through "enrich company" and also with AI agents from both clay and open AI but it does not detect them. I have tried several prompts and nothing. I don't know if it is the prompt or just another way to find this process.
