So here is how I would approach this: First, I would start by finding startups that are hiring remotely in Israel. You can begin with Clay job data to see what kind of results you get. Once you have tested that, you can move to using tools like Apify or other scrapers to collect job openings from platforms such as LinkedIn, Wellfound, or RemoteOK. after you have the list of companies hiring, you can then enrich them in Clay to check if they are using platforms like Deel, Oyster, Papaya, or Remote. This can be done by looking up their tech stack through BuiltWith or SimilarTech, or by using Claygent to check directly. Not sure how the results would be here, but it gives you a good direction. You can also use the same approach to check if they are using any Contingent Workforce, Staff Augmentation, or Vendor Management. Again, you can use Claygent or look for those keywords in their company descriptions, or search their website or any mention of that online another way to approach it is to reverse the process. You can first look for companies that are already using Deel or similar EOR platforms, which can be found through public lists or articles online. Then filter for those that are hiring remotely and do not have a legal entity in Israel. That would be a strong signal that they might need EOR support. sure they are other ways to do this, but this is what comes top of mind for me 🙂

Hi Ariel Levin we are delivering this exact use case for a PT company providing such services for a few EU countries (not direct competition with your market it seems) and wanted us to build a flow to identify companies employing people in a country where they do not have a legal footprint. The flow looks at people by role and function working in that country where the company they work for does not exist in that country. Does that make sense?
