Apollo.io vs Lead Magic: Which Email Finder Should You Choose?

Would you go with Apollo.io or Lead Magic for finding emails? Has anyone used both tools and have a strong recommendation? I'm thinking to switch from Apollo to Lead Magic since many people recommend it and it has better price per email.

Honestly if you can use the two, good! There are some times i have used lead magic and it found most of the leads emails. And sometimes it is the opposite then i have to use Apollo as substitute. But Leadmagic emails has high verification and reliability rate compared to apollo.

Honourable A. Thanks. That sounds amazing. Is there any use-case where Apollo comes in handy in comparison to Clay + LeadMagic (or Prospeo)? Like filters, etc. Or it doesn't matter?

From what i have seen, apollo gets more emails for small local businesses compared to lead magic (but the validity is where i am not so sure)

Apollo’s better for volume and quality. Lead Magic’s good for intent, but limited on new leads. I’d stick with Apollo or use both if budget allows.

Petar R. By “limited on new leads,” I meant Lead Magic doesn’t give you a big pool of fresh contacts like Apollo does it’s more focused on intent based signals from a smaller dataset.

Totally depends on your use case tbh. I used to use Apollo too it’s decent for volume but I had issues with a lot of the data being stale or coming back as invalid even with the “verified” filter on. Haven’t tried LeadMagic yet, but one thing that really helped me was running my Apollo data through searchleads.co. They verify the leads in real time so I get clean data (valid + catch-all only). Also...they enrich personal emails and numbers automatically, which was a nice bonus. I still use Apollo for scraping but Searchleads saves me from needing the paid plan yk works out cheaper overall. Just sharing what worked for me in case it helps!
