Seeking GTM Strategy for US Hospitality Categorization

Hi, Is there anyone here who has created a GTM strategy for hospitality in the US? I need help figuring out how to categorize hospitality companies based on whether they are owner-operated or managed by HMC, and so on. I have tried multiple filters and also used Claygent to scrape and categorize. But I want to know if anyone has other strategies for categorization. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hey Rahul I’ve worked on a few GTM projects in the hospitality space across the US categorizing owner-operated vs. HMC-managed properties can be tricky, but there are some reliable enrichment angles and Clay setups that make it easier. Happy to share how I’d approach it if you’d like to compare notes.
