Seeking Experiences with Builtwith and Wappalyzer for Data Enrichment

is there anyone here who's used tools like Builtwith or Wappalyzer and would be happy to share their experience? I want to know how easy it is to create account lists based on website attributes, as well as any limits that are not immediately evident. There's scope for a paid engagement if using these tools could benefit the company I work for, as well as how we could use Clay to enrich data from these tools with data from other tools, however it's key to speak with someone who's used these tools previously.
