Finding People in North America: The Mexico Misunderstanding

I was using the native Find People search and used "NAM" (North America) as a region. I assumed this would include at least Mexico, given Mexico is in North America, but it did not. Had to go back and re-run a bunch of work for Mexico due to my assumption
