I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but a table i use everyday is running painfully slowly. I'm hitting "Awaiting Callback", and one row is running every few minutes at this current pace. Is this an issue on my end or clay's end? https://app.clay.com/workspaces/76301/workbooks/wb_0sw68kzWjuE37aFenS3/tables/t_0sw68l5KK7Q2SCVX4tV/views/gv_0sw68l5jyuBKKKCn5cx
Performance issues with "Awaiting Callback" status can occur due to latency with larger tables or multiple simultaneous actions. Try these troubleshooting steps: Hard refresh first: ** Mac: Command + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option + Command + E (Safari) ** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R If cells remain stuck: 1. Click the column header of the slow column 2. Hover over "Run column" in the dropdown 3. Select "Force" to jump-start the run The "Queued" or slow status often happens when columns are changed multiple times or runs are stopped midway. These steps should resolve the performance issue without additional charges.
no unfortunately, i've done that, i've logged out and logged back in, still hitting the issue. I only have 20 rows, its not a huge workload and its never take nthis long
Hey there Dennis thanks for reaching out, this Awaiting callback is due to an ongoing we are dealing with. Will respond here when we have learned more.
This issue is happening again. However, instead of "Awaiting Callback", it's just saying "Queued", and none of the rows (only 20) are running
Hi Dennis, Thank you for reaching out to the support team. We had an incident earlier today. The earlier latency issues affecting some Clay tables have now been resolved. Everything should be loading as expected again. Thanks so much for your patience while we worked through it! If you're still experiencing any issues, please let us know.
