Troubleshooting the New Hire Event Not Triggering Issue

how come the Event: New Hire doesn't run even when enabled and the source table has been refreshed multiple time? It still says "This signal last ran on 03/06 at 11:16AM" and there is no option to retrigger it

    If your New Hire signal isn't running, there could be a few potential reasons: 1. No new hires have been detected within the last 3 months at your target companies. 2. Your people search filters might be too restrictive, filtering out potential new hire matches. To resolve this, you can try: 1. Double-click the row and look for "waiting for its inputs" status. If you see this, click "re-run this cell". 2. Try toggling the auto-update feature off and then on again. When prompted, accept the run prompt to update all rows. 3. Review your filters to ensure they're not too aggressive, and consider expanding your criteria if needed. Remember that the New Hire signal only tracks hires from the past 3 months, so make sure your expectations align with this timeframe.

    Hey Angela,

    New hire signals are only running on Starter/Explorer plans with monthly checks up to 10k monitored profiles.

    This is why you wouldn't be seeing an option to re-trigger it, unfortunately. If you'd like more coverage, our Pro plan can monitor more profiles and at a weekly cadence.
