Clay S. Please Assist
Table is already provided
In addition to what I mentioned above the zerobounce validation does not appear to apply to every email. It only triggers with certain providers
The same thing is happening on this table - https://app.clay.com/workspaces/267746/workbooks/wb_0szi9edBPzHZ53oZ8vh/tables/t_0szi9euvDkMroWDKtuW/views/gv_0sx7n1oJthuE4bHmamw
Amit K. so, this doesn’t actually validate the email it’s just confirming it’s in the field?
Amit K. May I also get an answer on why the merge field is inconsistently showing values?
If you look at this table you can see what I’m referring to - https://app.clay.com/workspaces/267746/workbooks/wb_0sxo05rGeAJxt3ax4DF/tables/t_0sxr83zD5wmq8u8s86R/views/gv_0sx7n1oJthuE4bHmamw
Okay, this has impacted two of my tables with a lot of credits used. How do I go about getting reimbursed for this?
Thank you!
Got it. Thank you
Appreciate your help!
Hi Amit K. I think there is a bug in the find email waterfall. You can see by this photo that there was a valid email found and 1. the zerobounce validation did not run and 2. the other enrichments continued to run even though there was a valid email found. Here is my table - https://app.clay.com/workspaces/267746/workbooks/wb_0sxo05rGeAJxt3ax4DF/tables/t_0sxr83zD5wmq8u8s86R/views/gv_0sx7n1oJthuE4bHmamw
Thank you! Please keep me updated on this! 🙏
Hi Amit K. any update here? This is still going on. Valid emails aren’t pulling in and I’m getting invalid data and spending way more credits that I should be. This native watefall is on several tables and impacting all of those workflows
Hey Anthony. Quick question- did you configure these conditional run settings yourself?
