If your column is stuck on "queued" and the Stop Update button isn't active, click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset it.
Alternatively, try a hard refresh first:
** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
** Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
If the issue persists, create a new column by duplicating the current one and run it on the remaining rows.
Hi Sergio,
I'm looking into this latency issue now. How long has the lookup been stuck in queued state?
Are you seeing other columns stuck in this state?
Gabe
Sorry you ran into this issue here, Sergio! This is an incident our engineers are actively working on.
We'll be back with an update as soon as we have more.
Gabe
Hey — sorry about this. This is affecting the entire platform, but the team has identified the issue and is actively deploying a hotfix.
Re-running should work once the fix is live. It likely impacted all runs in the past 1–2 hours. We’ll follow up here as soon as we have more updates.
Good news—this issue should now be fixed!
Try refreshing your page with Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R, then rerun the rows by clicking the column header and selecting Run Column or Run Rows That Didn’t Run or Have Errors. If that doesn’t work, you can also try Force Run Column.
Let us know if it’s still not working. Really appreciate your patience while we got this sorted.
