Another bug here -- was setting up filters and all of a sudden the option to add filters is greyed out. I thought maybe there was a filter limit but I removed filters and it's still greyed out
This issue could be happening for a few reasons: 1. You might have reached the maximum number of filter levels. Clay allows filter groups up to two levels deep, so if you've already created nested filter groups, you won't be able to add more. 2. There could be a temporary front-end performance issue. Try clearing your cache and refreshing your screen to see if the option becomes available again. If these solutions don't work, you could try: ** Creating a new view with your desired filters ** Duplicating your current view and modifying the filters there If you continue experiencing this issue, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
