Am I the only one experiencing this bug? When I run an email waterfall, I always double-check the catch-all emails to confirm if they’re deliverable or undeliverable. After validation, I create a Final Email column. Even when I select this column in Lemlist under “Add to Campaign,” it still ends up adding an email address — probably because Lemlist finds the info somewhere else in the table. How can I prevent this from happening? These emails keep getting added and are causing bounces.
Check the initial screenshots, you can see my columns are mapped correctly.
Please check this with support, it's a bug
In lemlist you have a conditional “has emailadress” this way you can route between email and linkedin campaigns
It’s just strange that the add to campaign enrichment adds emailadresses from other columns
I don't believe it would source the data from other columns in the table. Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so I can take a look?
Hi Smit, here you can find the URL: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/553808/workbooks/wb_0t0igdsp4Ux5R3SaodC/tables/t_0t2kovyUKHtbrvEfsSq/views/gv_0t2qh1vTrveJd8zP24d Look specifically for the row with dirty email; pascal@credit-agricole.com You can add the person again to lemlist campaign. The lemlist campaign is completely empty now
Row 146
I just checked our logs for row 146 for the 'Add to lemlist' action and in the data being sent from Clay, there is no email being passed.
So the email field in LemList for that lead is being sourced in from someplace else but Clay is definitely not sending the email from another column.
Thanks Smit, by providing this information I've detected the issue. Have a great day!
