Clay Table Approval Response Not Updating After Slack Confirmation

Hi, im using the send to slack for approval function in my Clay table. the issue is when i then press approve and the message says the response has been recorded, my clay table is not updating, it remains as 'awaiting callback'. this seems strange as the integration clearly works as the messages are sending to slack, but not being recorded in clay
