this page errors out https://www.clay.com/faq/do-credits-roll-over (linked from the web app on credits expiring). question - if credits expire on June 27th, that means we can use them up until midnight on June 27th, correct? (not that they expired tonight, June 26th, at midnight?)
The documentation explains how credits roll over and what happens when you cancel or downgrade plans, but doesn't specify the exact timing of when credits expire during a day. For monthly plans, unused credits roll over and accumulate up to 2x your plan's monthly limit, and if you cancel or downgrade, your credit balance remains until the end of your current billing cycle. To check when your credits will next renew, you can click on "Credits" in your account and it will show you the renewal date. What timezone are you in, and are you seeing a specific expiration time displayed in your account?
