Introducing Custom Waterfalls: Enhanced Flexibility in Clay

Conditionally running enrichments is difficult in Clay (You have to go into each column and set a conditional formula)

Our set of predefined waterfalls can run columns conditionally, but lack flexibility on the integrations that run conditionally together

Custom Waterfalls gives more flexibility! Customize the combination of integrations, and run them conditionally based on the data being retrieved from each stage

Claygent can also be added to a Custom Waterfall to act as a catch-all case, which isn’t possible with predefined waterfalls

Currently only a subset of our integrations / actions can be added as Custom Waterfall stages, but all providers + actions will be supported soon

Custom Waterfalls can’t be saved as templates (yet), so you'll have to recreate them from scratch each time. This and much more to be updated soon!
