Role:
Freelance-to-hire (15–20h/week to start)
Build practical, recruitment-focused automations (not overengineered stuff that breaks every other Tuesday)
Work directly with founders, mapping messy workflows into clean, scalable systems
Tools: Clay, Airtable, n8n, OpenAI API, Apollo, Instantly
You’re a fit if you:
Have experience with low-code automation & API integrations
Love turning complex workflows into elegant, reusable systems
Bonus if you’ve touched recruiting CRMs, browser automation, or prompt engineering
