I thought I could also send emails through clay or is that just for generating the text of the emails, then we pipe that off to CRM which sends?

Yes, helped answer the first part. Where I'm confused is the piping / integration into some sort of CRM and the <> twoway flow
Can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial that covers the following:
Identify industry
Identify people in decision making / transformation roles at those companies
Craft tailored outreach workflow (custom linkedin connection request, then 2 or so follow-on emails)
Then pipe that into a basic CRM?
