I have a "Following my company" group in LinkedIn Sales Navigator that is several thousand in size. Since LinkedIn limits an export at 2,500 leads, I am trying to figure out a way to use Clay integrated with HeyReach to automate the extraction of these leads. I am using HeyReach for LInkedIn Outreach, but also because it allows me to scrape as well. In a perfect scenario, Clay could automate the search criteria in HeyReach to scope down the list to 2,500 leads across various filters being applied, initiate an export, and then continue scoping down another group to 2,500, etc until all 100,000 leads have been extracted. Once all the lists are extracted, they would be imported to Clay, enriched with Company Domain and Work Email (verified), using Waterfall. Then research, and custom AI email personalization would happen, with the end result , being pushed to Instantly for a mass email campaign. Would anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this? I know that at some point HeyReach is going to allow for exporting of more than 2,500 leads at a time, but I'm not sure they are there yet. Today, I do the search in HeyReach manually, with several filters applied to get the total number down to 2,500, but it is a tedious time consuming task. Thank you all in advance for your knowledge, ideas, and suggestions!
Luis, thank you for your reply. I'm learning at warp speed here. I think I intend to use HeyReach to extract leads, then Prospeo to find the emails, perhaps ClayAgent to enrich, then send to instantly.ai to send. When you say, importing the list to Clay, I assume that all of the 3rd party integration setup would be done inside of Clay, and so all the magic happens in an orchestrated manner inside of Clay as you suggested. So, set up all of these tools in Clay, then export the csv from Heyreach, import into Clay, let the magic happen, then off to instantly to send. Does that make sense?
Hi everyone! I just signed up for this Slack group last night, and have already seen a ton of value! Specifically, I learned about HeyReach. I am currently using Dripify, for LinkedIn Outreach, to grow my connections, etc and at the same time have been struggling with finding the best tool to scrape/extract the leads (including email addresses, etc.) I've looked at waalaxy, findymail, evaboot, etc, but after reviewing HeyReach, and watching the replay of the webinar with Patrick and they HeyReach team, it seems to answer all of my challenges. I have extracted a couple sets of leads from Heyreach at this point, and none of them have email at this moment. There is a "Find Email" button, but I don't see a way to purchase credits on the HeyReach platform. As I am still very new to Clay (I submitted for the Onboarding program and am currently going through Clay University), is it the recommendation to import that list into Clay and then use Clay to enrich the data and allow Clay to find the email addresses, etc. as part of the research phase? Thank you all in advance!
