This is not a “copy-paste” VA role. It’s an entry-level but high-skill position where precision, speed, and independent problem-solving matter.
We’re looking for people who are strong in Google Sheets, fluent in English, and understand how Apollo and B2B lead databases work.
If you can clean and structure data with precision, communicate clearly every day, and use ChatGPT (and other AI tools) to figure things out independently, you’ll thrive here.

Your mission
Turn raw B2B data into clean, accurate lead lists in Google Sheets that Campaign Managers can trust. Deliver them on time, in the right format, and ready to run.
Must-haves
Expertise in Google Sheets (formulas, dedupe, formatting)
Strong English (written + spoken) for daily communication
Working knowledge of Apollo (searching, filtering, exporting)
Understanding of B2B databases (companies, job titles, locations)
Ability to use ChatGPT (or similar AI) to solve problems and self-learn quickly
Nice-to-haves (bonus skills)
Experience in Clay or Smartlead
Prior exposure to outbound or lead gen workflows
