Build and run full outbound and warmbound GTM motions for House of Growth
List building to enrichment to copy that converts to launch to optimization to results
Work one-to-one with John as a GTM operator
Your output is meetings, pipeline, and insights to scale
Monitor deliverability, domain health, warmup and performance
Provide weekly performance reports and tactical recommendations
Support inbox infrastructure including unsubscribe automation and routing logic
Route all warm and hot prospects directly to John
What You Need:
Expert level Clay skills
Workflows, enrichments, AI formulas, API integrations, waterfall enrichment, scoring logic and cost efficient data pulls through tools like SimilarWeb, Ahrefs and Adyntel
Strong list-building ability
You understand how to segment by ICP, triggers, signals and verticals
Strong cold email copywriting skills
Your messages get replies and start conversations
Data-driven mindset
You understand reply rate, positive reply rate, meeting rate and how to move each metric
Real GTM experience
This role is not for someone learning Clay or outbound for the first time
Autonomous operator
You can build, launch, and optimize without hand-holding

We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build House of Growthās internal outbound engine This role is focused entirely on our own demand generation and not on client delivery. You will work directly with John Ozuysal, a 2x SaaS founder with one exit. Your responsibility is to help John scale House of Growthās internal demand engine by building outbound programs, automating workflows, and generating predictable meetings every month. What You Will Do
Build and run full outbound and warmbound campaigns for House of Growth only
Own the entire process from list building to enrichment to copy to campaigns to optimization
Create segmented lists across industries, tech stack, revenue, intent signals, and triggers
Launch and manage campaigns in Smartlead or Instantly
Monitor domain health, warmup, deliverability, and performance data
Provide weekly reports
Manage inbox systems, unsubscribe automation, and routing logic
What You Need
Expert level Clay skills including workflows, enrichments, API integrations, AI formulas, scoring logic
Strong list building fundamentals including ICP segmentation, triggers, signals, and vertical targeting
Real outbound experience because this is not a beginner position
Ability to operate independently and ship work without hand holding
Compensation
Base salary: 1,000 to 1,200 dollars per month
Performance bonuses:
10 dollars per booked meeting
500 to 800 dollars for every client closed from outbound
OTE example: 1,200 USD base plus 300 USD from 30 meetings plus around 1,800 dollars from 3 deals closed. Total around 3,300 USD or more depending on performance What You Get
