The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Ops / Growth Engineer to join our team. We are an ecom Saas company based in US. You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, growth, and marketing—owning our go-to-market engine. You’ll manage and scale campaigns across our outbound and ABM programs, while making sure our data flows seamlessly across the stack.
What You’ll Do
Own and enrich TAM (Total Addressable Market) using tools like Storeleads, SimilarWeb, Apollo, and Clay
Build automated workflows across HubSpot, Clay, Make.com / n8n to streamline lead capture, routing, and scoring
Manage outbound + ABM campaigns end-to-end (list building, enrichment, sequencing, QA, reporting)
Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy in HubSpot
Partner with marketing to set up campaigns and measure pipeline impact
Generate and maintain dashboards for campaign performance and lead funnel health
Experiment with new tools / processes to optimize GTM motion
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in GTM Ops, Growth Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps (startup or B2B SaaS preferred)
Hands-on expertise with our stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Smartleads, SimilarWeb, Storeleads, Make.com/n8n)
Strong data skills—enrichment, workflows, automation, and reporting
Comfortable running outbound and ABM campaigns end-to-end
Scrappy, curious, and fast—comfortable in a lean startup environment
This is a fully remote role. Not interested in agencies. We are looking to hire a full time resource.
