Kabeer A. hey!
I've been talking to HG Insights support to confirm your earlier thoughts:
HG Insights in Clay works at the product level when you pick "Amazon Web Services (AWS)" it covers the full AWS umbrella (Lambda, Kinesis, etc.). Same for Azure/Google Cloud. Limiting to the umbrella names is usually enough for your use case.
I got confirmation from HG Insights that:
Our Engineering team unfortunately replied that we don't have a "concept of an Umbrella product". If you filter by product you'll have to quote each specific product in Cloud Dynamics. So it does look like you'd have to pick a lot of product values to be enriched.
That being said, we're not sure whether Clay implemented any logic on top of ours. You could double check with them (I doubt it).
What they mean by this is the data on their end doesn't work in layers. A company may have AWS Lambda, for example, but don't have "Amazon Web Services (AWS)" as a higher level product group. This sounds to be contradictory of what you mentioned.
So I wonder if the umbrella grouping you mentioned are done in Clay? Can you please confirm it if that's the case?
