Hiring GTM Engineer to manage outbound campaigns The Work: Build and run full GTM motions for our own agency. (And perhaps for clients later, which will be a future discussion.) List building → CRM enrichment → copy that converts → campaign launch → optimization → results. You work directly with our core marketing and sales team. A GTM operator. The Client:
Digital agency specialising in paid and organic search.
What You'll Do: Scope: Full campaign setup
Build segmented lists (by industry, company size, tech stack, intent signals)
Write 3-5 email sequences optimized for positive reply rate
Launch campaigns in Smartlead/Instantly
Monitor deliverability and performance metrics
Optimize based on data (A/B test subject lines, CTAs, timing)
Weekly performance reports with recommendations
Support email infrastructure and basic inbox management eg unsubscribe requests (which should be automated as far as possible) and AI-personalised follow-ups to cold prospects.
Anyone warm or hot should be routed to our team - you focus on strategy, lists, copy, and optimization.
You Need:
Expert in Clay (workflows, enrichments, AI formulas, cost-effective APIs integrations to assorted tools and data sources like Ahrefs/SimilarWeb, Adyntel etc - the whole thing)
Build killer lists - segmented by industry, ICP fit, intent signals. We have a broad TAM, but don’t want to burn everyone with an overly generic approach, so segmentation is key.
Write cold emails that get replies - not template spam, actual conversations and meetings.
Data-driven optimizer - you know what metrics matter and how to move them
Substantial experience – while we appreciate there’s always more to learn, this role is not suited to someone doing a lot of this for the first time.
Work autonomously - move fast, deliver quality, ask for guidance when required, but experienced enough to own the project

You're still learning these tools
You need training or templates to get started
You haven't built campaigns from scratch and optimized them yourself
You can't show measurable results from past work (we aren’t asking for confidential info, but you need to know what good looks like and how to do it again).
No beginners. Compensation:
Base pay $1000 per month
Bonus Incentives:
$10 per live meeting with anyone matching our ICP.
4% of the first month’s service fee (excluding VAT) for any deals that came from your work that convert into clients eg a $10k/month client = $400 to you.
OTE = $3000+/month depending upon performance
eg $1000 (base) + $600 (60 meetings) + $1600 (4% of 4 x $10k clients)
Remote work. Can be based anywhere in the world, as long as you are responsive during UK office hours.

Ongoing work – this is an ongoing always-on project. Ideally we are aiming to initial generate 20 meetings/month with a view to scaling to 60+ ASAP.
Software:
We will pay for professional software including Clay, Smartlead and other relevant tools and data sources.
Your role is to ensure it’s employed in a robust, reliable and cost-effective manner eg using API connections and waterfall enrichment to employ credits efficiently.
