I’m the founder of ClearAI (https://ClearAI.nyc) — an AI & automation firm building end-to-end, production-grade solutions for SMBs across NY and the US.
I come from senior consultative sales roles at Bloomberg and S&P Global and have a strong personal executive network generating inbound demand. That demand has grown faster than delivery capacity — to the point where I’ve paused projects and turned work away until the right technical partner is in place.
I’m now looking for a US-based CO-FOUNDER / Head of Automation & Engineering to co-build the company.
This is a true co-founder seat, not a contractor or experiment.

Who this is for
You have:
• Built AI & automation solutions end-to-end (discovery → architecture → build → deploy → iterate)
• Deep hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Clay, APIs, data pipelines, LLM workflows, and system orchestration
• Led and managed distributed teams of engineers and designers
• Strong technical judgment — you can design systems and make tradeoffs without hand-holding
• Zero interest in selling; full interest in owning and scaling real systems
What you’d own
• Technical architecture and delivery across all client solutions
• Engineering standards, tooling, and automation strategy
• Managing and scaling a remote execution team
• Co-shaping ClearAI’s long-term technical direction and productized offerings
What I handle
• Sales, GTM, clients, partnerships, and commercial strategy
• Deal flow, positioning, pricing, and growth
Comp
• Meaningful equity + profit share
• Structure based on experience and commitment
