βI have a list of Contacts from a conference. I want to see if they are in our HubSpot CRM already based off of looking up an email address. If they are, I want the HubSpot Contact Record ID to be returned. I have imported a list of all Contacts into a sheet in the Workbook already. I was trying to run a query to search the sheet of HubSpot Contacts. I searched Slack to see if someone had asked this already, but no luck or I did a poor search.
To check if your conference contacts exist in HubSpot and get their Contact record IDs, you can use Clay's CRM integration. Here's how: 1. Open the Enrichment Panel and go to the CRM integrations section. 2. Select the "Lookup Contact" action for HubSpot. 3. Use email addresses as the primary lookup field. 4. Run a test with 10 rows to check for existing contacts. The lookup will return the Contact record ID for matches. If you need more help, you can request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat.
I'm clearly missing something in the directions.
What input value am I missing? I know that one of these Contacts is already in HubSpot, so I know I'm doing it right when that Contact's record ID is returned.
I also tried the CRM integration instructions and Lookup action β no luck with either
Hey Ashleigh! Thanks for reaching out. Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
