Ah got it! Thanks for clarifying. The way to approach this would be classifying the leads/companies you've received responses for in your campaigns.
This can be based on the job title, department, company size and industry. Once you have that criteria set, you can use those to create a new search focused on leads that match the categories created. With companies, this can be with a lookalike search to find companies similar to where those contacts work, and a subsequent search to find employees with similar titles.
