Whats the best way to setup a daily/weekly workflow to get net new accounts who are hiring, funding..etc. I know that we can have a table with all accounts and hiring / funding enrichment column but i don't wanted to do that way as i will have to run the enrichment on my entire TAM list instead i wanted to get all signals first and then do my ICP check on top of it.

Run the waterfall to get companies with matching job openings For new hire signals: 1. Create a table with LinkedIn profiles of companies you want to monitor 2. Define filters for the specific roles/people you're interested in tracking 3. Set up the new hire signal to detect matches from the last 3 months Once you have companies with these signals, you can: 1. Use conditional logic to enrich only the companies that show these initial signals 2. Apply your ICP criteria to filter the enriched companies 3. Skip enrichment for companies that don't meet your baseline requirements This approach ensures you're only enriching companies that have shown relevant signals first, making your workflow more efficient and cost-effective.

In this instance if you were to have scheduled source run with all of the filter that can use to find your ICP this would continuously search for any leads that may fit what you are looking for. Add enrichment in Clay Table say Firmographics
Now setup rules to say if its in ICP or not
If its in my ICP
Find Decision makers
Enrich email
Validate email
Then Add to Smart lead campaign

Thank you for clarifying here, in this case this everything up to and after the "Find decision makers" step can be automated in Clay. The reason that this step cannot be automated at the moment is that we currently have not way to set conditions for a find people search to run automatically. So in this case you would have to manually run the people search for the companies that fit your ICP. And then once this is done you can could automate the rest of the enrichment for the lead.
