Hi Guys, I was watching one of Clay’s Tutorials and in it, Eric had a enrichment for ‘HIRES INTERNATIONALS’ (you can see it here: https://youtu.be/CMndL5hNDbw?si=Ju-iEoqASZECKG5F&t=732) I have been trying to figure out how to do this type of enrichment. I am specifically looking if companies are hiring Virtual Assistants (VAs) which they typically use agencies and don’t post jobs for. Can anyone suggest a way to accurately determine if a company is needs VAs or is using VAs?
You can use Claygent's AI research capabilities to analyze companies and identify their VA usage patterns. Here's how: 1. Use Claygent to research and analyze company websites and public information to: • Review their operational structure • Analyze their job descriptions and roles • Examine their business processes 2. Analyze job titles and roles within the company to understand their workforce structure and identify patterns that might indicate VA usage. Claygent can help predict and analyze responsibilities associated with different roles within an organization.Keep in mind that while this approach can provide insights, identifying VA usage might still be challenging since companies often work with agencies discretely and don't publicly advertise these arrangements. Hey there Stefan thanks for reaching out, to clarify these were not enrichment sin the video it was data that he uploaded. However the way you can search for whether companies are hiring for VAs is to create a company table and then use the "Find Active Job Openings" to search for companies who are looking for VAs. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1381007904/b27eef21b3e6b117da2b88eac54d/image.png?expires=1739562300&signature=491466937af5d05203070389eb7b627f7b51d68051e150fa346ba7d8c26032c5&req=dSMvF8l%2BmohfXfMW1HO4zR%2BVYt2nw7gcNypw1xLPmVkN28q54U6VL8UJjrRJ%0ASUa%2B%0A
Hey Luis, Thanks for responding. We tried this approach but the challenge is that most companies often use 3rd party agencies to hire VA. They don’t post VA positions on LinkedIn or Job boards directly. Is there another way to enrich this data? How would a VA company go about targeting companies ready to hire VAs using Clay?
Hey Stefan! You raise a great point about VA hiring patterns. Instead of direct job posts, you could focus on company growth indicators and operational needs: Try enriching your data to find companies showing rapid growth (with headcount growth enrichment) or companies that have recently raised funding (by adding the funding waterfall) - these often need VA support. You could also identify companies using tools/platforms commonly associated with remote work and VA management like Asana, ClickUp, or other project management systems. That's done with Tech Stack waterfall. You can also use the headcount per country enrichment, that can show a sign of them being open to hire offshore. Let me know if you need any help with these signals. Happy to help you set that up.
