Implementing a Round Robin Value Assignment for Data Rows

Hey everyone, wondering if there's a way to assign a value to a row, e.g. row 1, value = 1, through to row 4, value = 4, then from row 5 it's back to 1 again. Essentially want a way to send data from clay to instantly but "round robin" the campaign it's sent to so we can send from different people within the business.
