Improving SDR Response Management: Strategies and Best Practices

Anyone that has a good set-up for managing responses with SDRs? Currently I have my structure set-up this way:

1.
Campaign sends out in Smartlead
2.
Response enteres
3.
We tag the response (VA)
4.
Only interested / manual responses are being sent to the Close.io account so that we clutter
5.
We have the master inbox connected from where we respond

Im looking for a better way as the integrations often break - anyone that can share with my how we would be able to do that?
