I runed an enrichment for 150 peoples to find emails. Total 1000 credits are used. Please recheck my account
You can check your credit usage by clicking your account name in the corner, going to Settings > Credit usage. This will show you a breakdown of credits used by table, integration, and time period. For email finding, each attempt costs 2 credits per enriched cell when using our managed Hunter.io account. Credits are charged for each attempt, but refunded if no email is found.
It is not showing every single credit usage. I see it is showing 1200 credits areused on that table but not showing whwre a credit is used in that table
Currently, Clay doesn't support automatic detailed credit reports for individual tables. However, you can: 1. Right-click on a specific column and select "Run Info" to see credits spent on just that column. 2. Use "View Table History" at the bottom of your table to see which columns used credits. 3. Create a formula to calculate total cost per row across all columns. For workspace-level credit usage, check Settings > Credit usage to view breakdowns by table, integration, and time period.
I’ve learned that the Auto-Run with scheduled reoccurring updates is a culprit of a lot of wasted credits. I’ve started to make sure Auto-Run is turned off and I do Manual as my choice rather than automatic updates
