Recurring Bug in People Search Update Logic After Resolution

Hi Team, I have a bug that has been resolved by Product/Support Team but it appears again. The issue with two columns for People Search that we trigger by webhook, something wrong with the logic where it says "People Search Update" but it does not return any new people to the table.

There could be a few reasons why your People Search Update webhook isn't returning new people: 1. The update might be scheduled to refresh every 24 hours, and you may still be outside that refresh window. 2. When you edit search parameters through the source column in your People table, this should append new contacts based on your updated filters without removing previously added ones. To troubleshoot: ** Check when the next update is scheduled by clicking on the People Search column header and selecting sources ** Manually trigger an update through the same menu * Verify your search filters aren't limiting results (like restrictions on people per company) If the issue persists after trying these steps, you may need to request human assistance.

Hey, Sorry about the earlier issues—things should be working properly now. Just a heads-up: when you see “People Search Updated,” it means the search ran, but it doesn’t guarantee new results. If no new matches were found, nothing will be added to the table. Let me know if you’re still seeing anything off.
