One more! One of my reps sent me a google sheet with the name and record ID of the companies he wants me to import to Clay - the company name and record ID are from hubspot but he hasn't created a hubspot list, he gave me this data in a spreadsheet. Is there a way I can easily import this data to Clay and then find contacts?
Export your Google Sheet as a CSV file, then import it into Clay by clicking + Add at the bottom of a workbook, selecting Import from CSV, and uploading your file.
Once imported, you can use the HubSpot record IDs to enrich company data and find contacts by adding enrichments like "Find People" or other contact-finding tools in Clay.
You can use Google Apps Script to send the data to a Clay webhook. Here’s a guide that walks you through how to set it up. Once the data is in Clay, you can run a Find People search on those companies. Let me know if you need help setting that up.
