Clay doesn't appear to be down. There are several reasons why rows might disappear from your table:
Auto-delete/Passthrough tables: If your table has auto-delete enabled (for webhook sources), rows automatically get deleted after processing when the table exceeds 5,000 rows. [1]
Infinite loops: If you have webhook integrations or cross-table references, they can cause unexpected behavior including row deletions due to continuous processing cycles. [2]
No version history: Unfortunately, we don't track row history or deletions, so there's no way to recover the missing data directly from the platform.
Automatic processes: Auto-updates, scheduled runs, or other team members making changes could have triggered actions that affected your rows. [3]
To troubleshoot, check if auto-delete is enabled in your table settings, review any webhook configurations, and see if other team members made changes. You'll need to re-import the missing data.

Thanks for the table! And to clarify, what did you mean by 'rows got reduced without deleting them'? I can see auto-dedupe is turned on, so if there were any duplicate rows those would be removed!

No auto dedupe was turned on from start - It didnt reduce then but suddenly it reduced - Similar thing happened earlier as well in 2025 so just want to know that if its from your backend or please help with this ?

Also if you check now - still it has some duplicate which are not removed by turning it on
