team - I have a duplicate error! I duplicated my table because I wanted to make a snapshot of this week vs last week and it ran an enrichment without my asking to... how do I solve for this? is there a way to get my credits back? would really appreciate the help here
We understand your concern about the duplicate error and unintended enrichment. Here's how to address this: 1. When duplicating a table, only the structure is copied, not the data. To transfer data, use the "Write to Table" integration. 2. To prevent future unintended updates, turn off auto-update by clicking the three-dot icon next to the table name and selecting auto-update. 3. For credit recovery, check if the enrichment returned valid data. Some providers refund credits if they can't deliver valid results. 4. To avoid duplicate enrichments in the future, use Lookup columns to pull existing data from other tables or your CRM. this was on by default and it still ran...
We understand your concern about unintended enrichment and credit usage. To prevent this in the future: 1. Turn off auto-update: Click the three-dot icon next to the table name and select "Auto-Update Columns" to disable it. 2. Test enrichments: Before updating the entire table, test on a few rows first. 3. Use Lookup columns: To avoid duplicate enrichments, use Lookup columns to pull existing data from other tables or your CRM. Regarding credit recovery, check if the enrichment returned valid data. Some providers refund credits for actions that don't return results. For more details on credit usage, you can review the credit usage dashboard. how do I make it a look up column?
there's also an error when I the "write to table" function was executed. For some reason it started with "Colossyn" rather than 1UP. but it does show it was a successful write:
it also did not upsert when I asked for it to add the website from the source table & it reran the credits 😕 please help
Hey there Willy thanks for reaching out, do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
yeah man totally
btw thanks for the help Luis! Would you mind taking a look at my copy of the second table that holds "last week" metrics to see if I've set it up correctly? The reason that I want that is so that I can take those metrics and run a formula to get the Delta of change with LinkedIn and Twitter followers as well as post. I'm trying to set up a momentum score
ok if it's out of scope, but I'd appreciate the help/insight!
Hey there Willy thanks for sharing question, it looks like you removed the Write to table integration? Also for the "Last Week" table metrics you do have the integrations set up correctly, there really isn't a way to narrow down the search further with certain integration like the Similarweb one.
Yeah I did that because I figured lookups would be better?
Is there a way that I can take the results of the last week tables and put them in the main current week table without having to rerun? That was about 1k credits that I lost :(
Ok then, a lookup work better here, as that would make a connection between both tables, which would allow you to pull data into this one with out using any credits. Have also refunded those credits to you as well.
You rock dude!
When I do a look up, are number fields not available?
ah nvm - it just takes a little bit to load
