For the instantly enrichment, is there a limited number of campaign ID we can see on Clay? Seems like we can’t find some of our campaigns in the campaign ID dropdown
Hey hey! Can you drop the URL for your table here? (if applicable) 🫶 Don't worry, only admins will be able to open your table 😉
Thanks! What are some campaign names you have in that account that aren't coming up? The API is under Brian, right?
Campaigns names are - Zapier *VP Product and Zapier *VP Engineering
Got it! Was testing it out, any chance those campaigns aren't active in instantly yet? meaning do you already have an email sequence setup and ready to receive leads... also, double-checking if it's under Brian's instantly account or someone else.
These campaigns are live, we’ve used in previous tables
Here’s an example table - https://app.clay.com/workspaces/83723/tables/t_eSJszwhoipTA/views/gv_RXL5eKYL6IxC
If I delete the account (remove the instantly API key) will that affect the other tables using the instantly account?
Hey Matthew, I just tried it and I’m still not getting the campaign i’m looking for. These are the campaigns i’m looking for in Instantly
Hey Matthew Quan (Clay) - I’m on Emilie’s team, and just took a look as well. I suspect it is a pagination issue, because the Zapier campaigns are the 11th and 12th campaigns.
Gotcha, thanks for the screenshot Emilie and for jumping in Brian! Keethu Ramalingam (Clay) or Eric Engoron (Clay) can you take a look here when you have a chance?
Thanks Matthew Quan (Clay) For Keethu Ramalingam (Clay) /Michael Eric Just validated that pagination is the issue. I created 2 more dummy campaigns in Instantly, and an additional 2 campaigns disappeared. The picklist in Clay limits to the first 10 campaigns, sorted by Created Date from newest to oldest it seems.
Hey Brian — thanks for letting me know — instantly just updated their API a few months ago, and didn’t tell anyone. They didn’t have pagination at the time, so I just fixed it. Their API also doesn’t return anything like total results, so pagination is a little tricky
