I'm trying to use the SalesNav and Clay integration, but it's not working. it's telling me that I need to give it a people search, which is the only search I have given it. does anyone have suggestions here?
Hey Cori! Thanks for reaching out. I have asked the eng team for an update. Since we need to work with our data provider over this issue there can be a delay at times. This still remains high priority and you can relay that to your team as well. I will let you know incase there is an update or communication from the engineers!

We've reached out to the data provider to assist in investigation. My understanding is we're still in an investigation stage with them, but I'll share updates as they arrive.
Oh, that's exactly what I meant – extra expense for extra manual work. There just aren't many great alternatives here, so I want to make sure we can get Clay working more smoothly for you!

Thank you. As I alluded to earlier, I suspect a data provider that we rly on is contributing to this. The usual suspects – saved lists, saved searches, etc. – appear not to apply. I'll report back what I learn from our engineers. It's very frustrating to have your work interrupted like this. Worst case, the list could be exported from LISN and imported to Clay, but that's just not scalable over the long run!

Thanks, Cory. I've gathered up some research notes and brought this to our engineers. From my initial look, this appears to be rooted in a data provider error, but regardless, we own what's in the app, and we'll help get it sorted. I'll report back as I learn more.
