Hi everyone, I have multiple custom signals running atm and i get this error a lot. I want to track multiple weeks of engagement on posts, E.g this week i have 3 URL’s i need to track, next week i will add another 3 URl’s. But when i add the 3 URL’s the week after, the Signal stops working. If i recreate the signal it will get the Engagement. But i dont want tot recreate it, because if i do, i will lose the ‘created’ time of the first 3 URL’s
When you modify a custom signal by adding new URLs, Clay doesn't automatically reprocess the existing data. [1]
To fix this without losing your original timestamps:
Click the signal column title (with the toggle)
Click Edit column
Add your new URLs to the configuration
Click Save
Manually re-run only the new rows or use conditional runs to process just the updated data [2]
This preserves your original 'created' timestamps while processing the new URLs. The signal should then work properly with both old and new URLs. [3]
Did that answer your question?
no, because i cant choose which rows to run. I put the URL’s in the ‘Custom event’

Hi Adam,
Thanks for reaching out to support. Would you be able to share more about the type of error you see/get and also let me know which table within your workbook you are experiencing this issue, and I would love to take a closer look and investigate.
Its not a error, The signal just doesnt want to load.
Keeps stuck on ‘Waiting for events’
Hey Adam,
I just took a closer look at your table, and it does look like your signal is configured correctly. If it says waiting for events, you might want to check how often your signal is running: whether that's weekly, monthly, or daily. Sometimes data takes a bit longer to update, so if you see the data available, I would give it 48 hours to be pulled in as a signal.
