Is there a way to trigger/push leads from Clay to Sales Navigator Inmails?
You can't push leads directly from Clay to Sales Navigator InMails. Clay lets you enrich and organize Company and People data using SalesNavigator, but sending InMails isn't supported as an automated action. If you want to automate outreach, you can push leads to supported email sequencers or use the HTTP API to connect with other tools that allow messaging, but direct InMail sending isn't available. [1]
