Creating a Duplicatable Template from Your Clay Table

Hi guys, how can I create a TEMPLATE out of a Clay table I just created with a lot of custom variables, GPT prompts and formulas? I want it to be easily duplicatable by my VAs so that we can run many lead lists with the same conditions and workflows.

There are two ways to create a template from your Clay table: 1. Share as a template (best for team use): • Click the "Actions" button in your table • Select "Share as template" • Click "Turn on sharing" • Copy the public link to share with your VAs • You can select which row of data to include as an example 2. Create a personal template: • Duplicate your existing table • Move it to a separate workbook • Add "[Template Do Not Delete]" to the table title • Your VAs can duplicate this template whenever needed Both methods will preserve your custom variables, GPT prompts, and formulas while creating a reusable framework for your lead lists.
