Hi, I've built a table with criteria to include people from certain companies and to EXCLUDE people with certain titles. Unfortunately my test data is way off ... it's giving me people not from my companies and whose titles are on my EXCLUDE list. Can you help? Here's the workbook/table link.
Your People search filters aren't working as expected because editing source filters after importing doesn't retroactively update existing results. To fix this: 1. Preview before importing - Always use the preview function to verify your filters are working correctly before importing 2. Re-run or duplicate - Either delete and re-run the source step, or duplicate the table with corrected filters to see updated results For future searches, ensure you're using: ** Job titles to exclude parameter for title exclusions ** Company identifier parameters to target specific companies The preview step is crucial to catch these issues before importing.

Nope. I sent in the link to my table just now already
OK, so I removed the "past experiences" from the criteria and got better results. But only 40 people! Which makes no sense given the sheer volume of companies in my list and the number of engineers they employ. What do you think the issue is?
Hey Mike, I'm no expert and don't work for Clay but in my experience the "preview" often only shows 50 people and once you hit import it will grab more (although not with the limit at 10, I'm assuming that was just to save credits or something)
