There could be several reasons for enrichment errors even with correct LinkedIn URLs: 1. Format issues - Make sure you're using the full URL including https:// (e.g., https://www.linkedin.com/company/clay-run). 2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator links aren't supported - If you're using Sales Navigator URLs, try switching to standard LinkedIn company URLs. 3. Data provider limitations - Our data providers don't use active sessions or cookies to scrape LinkedIn data, so some information may be inaccessible. 4. Provider reliability - Some enrichment actions occasionally fail to return valid data. For company enrichments, try using the company domain instead of LinkedIn URL for potentially better results.
