    To include Zerobounce in your email waterfall: 1. Open the Enrichment Panel and click "Add enrichment" 2. Search for "Work Email" and select the waterfall option 3. In the waterfall configuration, ensure Zerobounce is added to the list of providers 4. Arrange the order of providers as desired (Zerobounce is often used for validation) 5. Configure input columns (Company Domain, Full Name, etc.) 6. Select Zerobounce as your validation provider 7. Choose how to handle catch-all emails 8. Save and run the waterfall If Zerobounce isn't visible, check the Columns Panel and unhide validation columns. This will allow you to see detailed validation steps, including Zerobounce.

    When I try to unhide those columns, they aren't there. But I included the zerobounce step when I built the email waterfall So did it not include the zerobounce step even though I added that when I put it together?

    The Zerobounce step in your email waterfall might not be visible by default to keep your table tidy, but it's still working behind the scenes. Clay includes email validation in the waterfall process, using Zerobounce as the default provider. To confirm this step happened: 1. You can unhide the validation columns in your table to see how Zerobounce is working. 2. Look for the final validated emails in the last column of your table. 3. If the waterfall continues running after finding an email, it might indicate that an email failed the validation check. Remember, you can configure your email validation settings, including choosing a different provider if preferred.
