Hey, my domain changed and I cannot log in anymore via SSO and I cannot reset the password as I am not able to receive the email after resetting the password. Can you please help me?
Since your domain changed and you're not receiving password reset emails, you're likely set up to sign in using Google Authentication. Try logging in via Google instead of using the password reset option.
If the reset password email isn't coming through, check your spam/junk folder and ensure your email address is entered correctly.
Note that the password reset option is only available if you originally signed in using a password, not via Google or SSO. You cannot change your login method from Google Auth to username/password on your own - if you need to switch login methods, you'll need to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
