Right now, I'd need to stay on my current plan to not forfeit credits on my billing date, but I really don't want to spend the full $350 while I'm not working (I won't be using any credits while I'm off). Is there any way I could rollover my existing credits without eating another month of $350 while I'm out (and then continue with current plan when I'm back)? Thanks!

You also wish to change the email address associated with the account. Do I have all of that correct? I can: 1. Cancel and refund your subsription (it just rolled over today) 2. Give you back the credits you had 9843 credits AFTER you return from holiday (please quote this number of credits and this ticket from this email address when you do this) 3. I can also change the email address of an account if the account owner is the one who writes in. I hope that makes sense, please let me know how to proceed.

I transferred ownership of the workspace to my personal email because my work email is deactivated. I’ll reach out again if I run into weirdness here but it seems I control billing from my personal email which is perfect. Please proceed with 1 and 2

I can see two accounts- one being the company one (which I am assuming is not the one).
