hey team! I'm doing some freelance work so I signed up using this email: tarek.fayed@supportful.world. My Clay account under login "undefined" has been locked. Could you unlock it for me? Also, I started working on my own account (tarek.fayed.1987@gmail.com) for this client, is there a way to move the last created table from my account to the company's? Thank you!
I can't directly unlock your account or move tables between accounts, but I can guide you on both issues. For your locked account, you'll need to request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" as account unlocking requires manual intervention. To move a table to another account, you have two options: 1. Use the "Share" button at the bottom of your table to get a template link, then open it in the company account 2. Use the "Write to Table" integration to transfer your data to a new table in the company account
