Hi, my client had a trial account for testing clay and they were using OpenAI api. They got a lot of data there and now it says account temporary blocked. They were planning to buy the subscription but now, they can't access their account. Please check.
Based on your description, your client's account may be temporarily blocked due to an issue with their OpenAI API tier. This can happen when their OpenAI account doesn't meet the required tier level for certain actions in Clay. To regain access, they should: 1. Upgrade their OpenAI account to Tier 2 or higher by contacting OpenAI's support 2. Once their OpenAI account is upgraded, they can then upgrade to a paid Clay plan through Settings > Plans & Billing > Change Plan If they need additional assistance, they should request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."

Hello?
Hey — sorry about that. Can you share the email and workspace name the client was using? If you remember the table name or have any history of it, that’ll help us look into it and get things sorted.
Sure, should I send it in the chat or directly put it here. We have spent about $1k in OpenAi api and the account was being managed by the client and us .
Bo (. I am not sure what is happening and how does the support works currently. I am trying to get an update on our account and I am unable to hear anything. Your support has disabled our account coz it was accessed by both clients and us and after asking why, they are asking to first upgrade and then they can unlock. We have about 70K data enriched there with $1K OpenAi credits. I have been with Clay for the last 4 years since it has started and have bring multiple clients to Clay alongside with our services. Is this how customers are being treated now with Clay?
Hey, to move forward, you’ll need to confirm when you’d like to proceed for the account subscription. For context, we don't allow multiple account inside of Clay - - Once we have that, our verification team can take the next steps to unblock the account. Let me know what you’d like to do.
We didn't have multiple accounts. We were accessing client's account. I would like to unblock it, how to do that?
Hey there Ekta, quick question what was the email associated with the account here?
